On April 8, the Business Group held its first quarter economic analysis meeting. Middle-level cadres at the deputy departmental level and above, chairman, general manager and chief financial officers of the business groups attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by the party secretary of the Group Zheng Xukai.
    The meeting first conducted a report on the work done by the companies on the accomplishments of the key work such as the completion of business indicators in the first quarter, collection work, system reform and the implementation of major projects, as well as the existing problems and solutions. The leaders in charge of the group made detailed plans for the next fund management work, collection and reform work.
    Wang Kejian, chairman of the Group, conducted a general analysis of the economic activities in the first quarter from three aspects of revenue, profit and overall situation, and put forth four requirements for the next step. First, firm confidence. In the face of numerous difficulties and problems, it is necessary to have the courage to act on and to see the advantages of development. The other is to promote reforms. To raise awareness as a prerequisite for the loss of the company as a starting point to enhance the vitality of the company as a breakthrough to speed up the pace of corporate restructuring; third, pay close attention to the collection. To find the soft underbelly of the problem, seize the opportunity, and carefully study the method from the responsibility level and the skill level, and make the collection of revenue a good place; Fourth, highlight the development. Development is fundamental and ten tasks must be done. That is to say, the indicator of completion is firm. Planning profit model and promote measures. Standardize shareholder investment behavior. Deal with the relationship between development and lending back, efficiency and scale, decision-making and risk. Increase capital turnover. Research on short-term investment and withdrawal mechanism.     Finally, Zheng Xukai, secretary of the party committee, stressed the need to understand clearly the situation, increase the sense of crisis, highlight the key points of work, earnestly assume the responsibility and ensure the completion of the annual work tasks.
